MADE TO ORDER
Every M. Karp piece is made to order, thoughtfully crafted specifically for you.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of purchase for production and delivery.
COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
We offer complimentary insured overnight shipping via FedEx on all orders within the United States.
Once your jewelry is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.
DELIVERY
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
DELAYS
While we make every effort to deliver your jewelry within 30 days, unforeseen production or shipping delays may occasionally occur.
If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline and any options required by applicable law.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at megan@megankarp.com.
We will work with our shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
